Cancellation Policy
Once you book your services, you will receive an invoice. 20% deposit is required to be paid before booking to secure the appointment time. This deposit is non-refundable. The invoice and your appointment are valid only the day you booked. so please pay your invoice by the day you receive the invoice. ​ Any cancellation made with more than 48 hours notice can reschedule their appointment with their 20% deposit being applied to their new appointment time. This only applies once, needing to reschedule a second time will incur loss of deposit and may require full payment before booking ​ We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur that may force you to postpone your treatment. Please understand that these changes will affect not only your technician, but other clients also. ​ No show ​ Clients that fail to arrive to their appointment will forfeit their 20% deposit
