$100 deposit is required to be paid before booking to secure the appointment time. This deposit is non-refundable

Any cancellation made with more than 48 hours notice can reschedule their appointment with their $100 deposit being applied to their new appointment time. This only applies once, needing to reschedule a second time will incur loss of deposit and may require full payment before booking.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur that may force you to postpone your treatment. Please understand that these changes will affect not only your technician, but other clients also.

NO-SHOW POLICY

It is very important that you call within 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.

NEW CLIENTS: New client will be charged $100 fee if failure to show for their initial visit.

EXISTING CLIENTS: you will be charged a $50.00 fee if you don't show up without 48 hours advanced notice.

Appointment Etiquette
* Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate our clients, where possible, or offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

* For your own safety and the comfort of our clients, it is our policy that no children are allowed in clinic. 


 

 

 

Pain relief medicines
According to QLD Health & drug law, These are 'scheduled' or regulated medicines, and only trained health professionals are able to supply and administer these medicines.

anaesthetics have to be bought through a compounding pharmacy with your order and payment by law and it can't be done by the clinic or salon since the ordering process adds questions related to the patients medical history.
