Cancellation Policy
Once you book your services, you will receive an invoice. 20% deposit is required to be paid before booking to secure the appointment time. This deposit is non-refundable. The invoice and your appointment are valid only the day you booked. so please pay your invoice by the day you receive the invoice. Any cancellation made with more than 48 hours notice can reschedule their appointment with their 20% deposit being applied to their new appointment time. This only applies once, needing to reschedule a second time will incur loss of deposit and may require full payment before booking We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur that may force you to postpone your treatment. Please understand that these changes will affect not only your technician, but other clients also. No show Clients that fail to arrive to their appointment will forfeit their 20% deposit
